Weight loss is my greatest challenge. I've tried to for two years, having periods of going to the gym 5-6 times a week, eating 200 calories a day or restricting myself from carbs. I've learned from it all. Now I try to eat 1200 calories a day of eating the healthiest I can. It's hard, but I see change. Slowly. That's how my body wants it. I won't be having a success story like 'lost 30 pounds in one month'. My body just won't let me. Instead I will be the one that struggled for years and finally lost 8 kilos for her dream weight. Always the hard way.
